Canadian Natural Resources Limited has applied under has applied for authorization under Section 20 of the Public Lands Act to conduct an oil sands exploration program in accordance with the Code of Practice for Exploration Operations made under the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act. Section 49 of the Alberta Energy Regulator Rules of Practice (Rules of Practice) requires that all documents and information filed in a proceeding be placed on the public record.
