The Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) will hold a public hearing of application 1873382 at Govier Hall, 250 – 5 Street SW, Calgary, Alberta, starting on June 26, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. The hearing will also be webcast at www.meetview.com/aer. This webcast will only be available when the hearing is in progress. It will not be an official record of the proceeding.
Pine Cliff Energy Ltd. (Pine Cliff) filed a statement of concern, and the hearing panel has determined that Pine Cliff may participate in the hearing. If Pine Cliff withdraws, the hearing may be cancelled and the AER will continue to process and may approve the application without further notice.
All parties must be present to register at the start of the hearing.
Description of the Application
840586 Alberta Ltd. has applied under section 80 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Act for a pooling order prescribing that all tracts within the drilling spacing unit comprising Section 4, Township 33, Range 24, West of the 4th Meridian, be operated as a unit to produce gas in excess of solution gas from the Twining Rundle A Pool through oil well 00/06-04-033-24W4/0.

Parties other than Pine Cliff must submit a request to participate.
A request to participate must be in writing and contain the information set out under section 9(2) of the Alberta Energy Regulator Rules of Practice (Rules of Practice).
Send one copy of the request to 840586 Alberta Ltd. and one copy to the hearing coordinator. You must submit your request by 4:00 p.m. on the filing date below.

Is this a public process?
Yes. Section 49 of the Rules of Practice requires that all documents and information filed for a proceeding be placed on the public record. If you file a submission, you must not include any personal information that you do not want to appear on or are not authorized to put on the public record. Section 49(2) of the Rules of Practice states how to apply to the AER for an order to keep information confidential.
