The Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) has received Application No. CEP130009.Description of the Application
Altitude Resources Inc. has applied for authorization under Section 20 of the Public Lands Act to conduct a coal exploration program in accordance with the Code of Practice for Exploration Operations made under the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act. The proposed exploration activity, including drilling and access, would take place about 13.5 km north of Blairmore in Sections 17, 18, 19, 30, 31 and 36 of Township 9, Range 3, West of the 5th Meridian and Sections 7 and 18 of 10-3W5M.

Contents of a Statement of Concern
Your statement of concern must include
Section 49 of the Alberta Energy Regulator Rules of Practice (Rules of Practice) requires that all documents and information filed in a proceeding be placed on the public record. If you file a submission, you must not include any personal information that you do not want to appear on or are not authorized to put on the public record. Section 49(2) of the Rules of Practice states how to apply to the AER for an order to keep information confidential.Compensation Issues
