The Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) will hold a public hearing on a regulatory appeal of an approved pipeline route under Licence No. 23038 at the Coca-Cola Centre, 6 Knowledge Way, Grande Prairie, Alberta, starting on Friday, October 3, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. All parties must be present to register at the start of the hearing. If the request for the regulatory appeal is withdrawn, the AER may cancel the hearing and discontinue the regulatory appeal.

The AER issued a notice of hearing for Proceeding No. 1800423 on July 25, 2014.

Description of the Proceeding

On March 14, 2014, the AER received a request for a regulatory appeal, pursuant to Division 3 of the Responsible Energy Development Act and Part 3 of the Alberta Energy Regulator Rules of Practice (Rules of Practice), of an approved pipeline route under Licence No. 23038 on lands owned by the requesting parties that are located in the northeast quarter of Section 35, Township 74, Range 10, West of the 6th Meridian; the southeast quarter of 35-74-10W6M; the northeast quarter of 12-75-10W6M; and the northwest quarter of 1-75-10W6M. The licence is held by Canadian Natural Resources Ltd (CNRL).
