Project Application

As part of our regulatory appeal process, anyone who requests an appeal must follow our regulatory timelines. Find out how our appeal process works.

Every decision we issue is governed by provincial legislation. Examples of decisions include approvals for licences, leases, authorizations, and certificates. The following table details

  • what type of decisions can be appealed (in accordance with legislation),
  • who can file a request for regulatory appeal, and
  • our request deadlines.

Learn more about the application legislation underlining our review and approval of applications, such as the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act, Public Lands Act,and the Water Act.
