The public hearing for application 32140532 is cancelled.
The Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) was scheduled to hold a public hearing, beginning on September 10, 2024, in Grande Prairie, Alberta, to consider application 32140532, filed by Ovintiv Canada ULC (Ovintiv) for one pipeline within a single right of way.
On June 14, 2024, E. Pollon and H. Pollon withdrew their statement of concern. Accordingly, the AER has cancelled the public hearing and returns application 32140532 to the AER’s Regulatory Applications branch for further processing.
