Regulatory Appeal of Reclamation Certificate
The public hearing for a regulatory appeal of reclamation certificate 146738, scheduled to start on February 12, 2020, is cancelled.
The Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) has received the withdrawal of Mr. R. Dodds and Mr. A. Dodds’ request for regulatory appeal. Therefore, the regulatory appeal is discontinued and there will be no hearing.
