The public hearing for a regulatory appeal of Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (EPEA) approval amendments 00246980-00-03 and 00010801-02-02, scheduled to start on October 21, 2019, is cancelled.
The Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) has been advised by Gibson Energy Inc. that it is withdrawing its request for a regulatory appeal. The AER has accepted the withdrawal.
