The public hearing for proceeding 431, a regulatory appeal of the Alberta Energy Regulator’s (AER) decision to issue reclamation certificate 30672381, is cancelled.
On August 30, 2023, E. Trenchie withdrew his request for a regulatory appeal. Accordingly, the AER has discontinued the regulatory appeal.
