The Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) will perform essential updates to its production database, resulting in a temporary outage of all regulatory systems from 7 p.m., Thursday, November 14, to 8 a.m., Monday, November 18.
During this planned outage, all regulatory systems will be unavailable, including
- OneStop,
- Digital Data Submission (DDS),
- Integrated Application Registry (IAR), and
- GIS and geospatial applications, maps, and map viewers.
Regarding OneStop, we recommend users submit draft applications before the outage as they may not be retrievable afterward. Once the system is back online, clear your web browser cache to access the latest version of OneStop.
