The Alberta Energy Regulator is changing the way Specified Enactment supporting documents are requested. This new web-based form will allow the AER to process orders more efficiently. Effective Friday, September 13, 2024, the Enactment Request Form will replace submitting an email to request the documents listed below:
- Public Lands Application and Supporting Documents
- Water Act Application and Supporting Documents
- EPEA Approval or Code of Practice Application and Supporting Documents
