NOTE: 1997-09-26: This Informational Letter is amended by Interim Directive ID 97-07 by striking out the following reference under Drill Cuttings: "The Board attaches to each well licence a letter that indicates the interval from which drill cuttings are to be submitted to the Board. In addition a copy of the letter is mailed directly to the office of the licensee or his authorized agent."
