Purpose of this Directive
This directive details updates to the way licensee/approval holders must submit their annual oilfield waste disposition reports to the AER. These updates reflect changes to the oilfield waste tracking requirements and changes to the format for submitting oilfield waste reports through the Digital Data Submission (DDS) system set out in Directive 058: Oilfield Waste Management Requirements for the Upstream Petroleum Industry.
